Dakota City, located somewhere in the US, is the fictional setting of
both the animated TV series Static Shock and the Milestone/DC comic
book "Static" it is based on. What would appear to be its flag is
shown in the TV series' (episode "Gear"): 10-striped white and gold,
with a white hoist triangle containing the word "DAKOTA" in gold
letters of decreasing size.
